DT challenge Competition at ART Round 7

Well yesterday we got the next lot of criteria for round 7 of the DT challenge competition at ART and boy this one had us all thinking...

The challenge is to create an OTP using a frisbee!

Your criteria is...

* Scrap the frisbee with the theme being a childrens book
* You can take inspiration from the colours, character/s or a quote
* If you don't have a frisbee, you may use another piece of sporting equipment instead
* Item must still be functional as it's intended purpose

Now my frisbee was bright red with a material kind of centre so first off I painted it in a dusty pink paint, added a bit of dressmaking tissue paper, a bingo card wrapped with lace, and then just cut out some flowers from a Prima paper....
I went with Alice in Wonderland and the took inspiration from the colour's...
And yes it still does fly I nearly knocked my flower's off when it hit the fan lol...
But I will be using mine for a wall hanging plaque for Alicia's room, just have to drill a couple of holes in the top and the bottom and then add a little chippie sign with Alicia's name on it and it will all be ready to be hung over her bed...

Other than that housework housework housework and sorting out my teen son's closet not a pretty sight that was wish I hadn't even gone their lol..
