Was blog hopping yesterday and somehow found the I am Roses challenge blog and spotted the March challenge so thought I would give it a go....
The challenge was to use the colours green, gold and glitter with either a Nature or St Pats theme and also use at least 2 or more different IAR products.....
With mine I used the above combo with a tiny bit of pink and cream to bring out my papers.
Now I had to dig around in my stash to find some of my IAR products all I had left were white and yellow roses, skeleton leaves and I also used a cherry blossom...
This is what I used to do my layout:
Prima's Natures garden papers
K and Co corrugated piece of cardboard
gold tissue paper
napkins
Prima Natures garden canvas butterfly
2 I am roses flowers which I have inked and glimmer misted and then sprinkled with pink paislee glitter
a skeleton leaf from IAR which I've rubbed with ink
Green lace
coffee stained ribbon rose ribbon
texture paste, puffy paints and distress inks and gesso
chipboard flourish
2 gold embellishments to finish it off.....
