I don't do very many challenges lately but I've missed doing the "let's get shabby" monthly Challenge so thought I would try and get something done in time.
I've gone for a white combination and made a matchbox ornament for my tree, I've used for this challenge the following.
Texture paste
German scrap image
Crepe paper in white
I've made a white vine and then added my flowers to it
White doily
Paint
Rock candy crackle paint
Thanks for looking...

Hi Maria, just came here from Bravegirls club to check out your Soulbook cover, was going to post in the soulbook post, but saw that amazing creation you made here.
What can I say I love all the work you put into both projects, that mono challenge looks amazing. And your soulbook cover is stunning so many little things to look at.
Gorgeous project Maria. I love all the white textures you have achieved and it has a really wonderful vintage "shabbyness". I'm sure it will look so pretty on your tree. Thanks for playing along with us at Lets Get Shabby.

Absolutely beautiful work, I'd love the see how your tree looks when covered with all your sweet decorations!
I'm playing Skyward Sword whenever I have the time, art school takes up a lot time during weekdays... T^T But I love the game so far! I always explore things a bit too detailed though so it lasts longer. I'm sure your son will beat it faster than me, if he hasn't allready... XD
Sorry to hear about the LOTR game, it's allways dissapointing to get short game... My beloved is playing The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim currently (my PC is too old so I can't play it ^^;;), it's released for X-box and PS3 too, so perhaps you can look it up if you're longing for a loooong game~
Enjoy your weekend!
