My Patchwork inspired bookmark

Well I've found a new challenge blog called "The Shabby Tea Room" and thought I would give this week's challenge a go.

Week #5 - 'It's Hip To Be Square'

Using this Vintage Quilt photo for inspiration, create a card or project using squares ... lots of them ... the more the better! (You do not have to use the colors in this photo).

Here is the link to the challenge blog http://theshabbytearoom.blogspot.com/

For mine I wanted to make something for me and seeing that I'm always losing my page in the book that I'm reading decided to create a bookmark....
I've used Graphic 45 Le Romantique paper's, twine, vintage doily pieces, trim and some metal ware.......
